Don’t fear.

Most of the time this happens because a fan didn’t enter an email address when placing their order. To prevent this, make sure you’re requiring an email to checkout.

Require Email at Checkout

This takes place in your Shopify Admin. Go to “Settings” and select “Checkout”.

Scroll down to the “Customer contact” section and select “Customers can only checkout using email”.
